If you’re looking for an easy and fun appetizer, try out this pumpkin cheese ball. I am by no means an artist and I found it super simple and delicious. Serve it with crackers and apple slices, yum!

Pumpkin Cheese Ball-

Ingredients-

2 packages cream cheese, softened

2 c shredded cheddar cheese

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

(Celery rib for garnish, apple slices and crackers for serving)

Method-

-Beat cream cheese until smooth. 

-Mix in remaining ingredients. 

-Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate until firm, approximately 4 hours. 

-Make vertical lines with a knife and insert celery rib into top to resemble a pumpkin before serving. 

-Enjoy!
