David and I had such a blast on our last trip to Poland in November, we knew we wanted to visit again as soon as possible. So we took a trip back to Warsaw in February this year and had a wonderful time, as always!
This was our 5th time traveling to Poland and each time we find new and exciting things to explore. Here’s some photo highlights from our trip:
A walk on our first night after dinner. We were so jetlagged! |
The 24k gold cocktail and an Aperol spritz at Concept 13 Restaurant. Delicious! |
Lunch at Concept 13, a Michelin rated restaurant. |
Miso-poached pear with homemade gelato and candied pine nuts. So refreshing! |
The view from our suite. It was such a nice room! |
Spinach and cheese pierogi and cottage cheese dumplings with bacon and onions. |
We saw Rigoletto at the Polish National Opera in Warsaw and the building was magnificent. |
The box seats cost only ~$20USD. What a deal! |
The opera house at night. |
Dinner at one of our favorite Italian cafes, Trattoria Rucola. |
Even the airport schnitzel is delicious. |
A sunny selfie in the hotel lobby. |
A hand-made pottery shop filled to the brim with blue and white treasures. I brought back a bunch of souvenirs from this shop. It was our first time stopping in here. |
A bunny-shaped pizza at Vapiano. Complete with a pineapple smile! :) |
Grocery store Pączki for a treat one night. Our favorite was filled with sour cherries and topped with candied almonds. |
We spent the week relaxing, taking walks, eating some really delicious foods, and unplugging from the real world. Until next time, Poland!
Thanks for reading, have a fabulous day. :)
