❄️ Chanel in the Snow

Hi and thanks for stopping by! Wanted to share a few pics of a gorgeous Chanel pop-up David and I visited last weekend in NYC.

This holiday season Chanel transformed the Standard Hotel on the High Line into a winter wonderland. Named “Chanel in the Snow”, the pop-up was created to celebrate the holiday campaign for their fragrance Chanel No 5 L’eau.

Walking up to it was like being transformed from the city streets to an Austrian ski lodge. Every detail was carefully thought out and it was truly stunning. They had an ice skating rink, hot cocoa, and a virtual reality snow globe. Here’s some pics from our visit:

As a Chanel fan it was so neat to check out, and afterwards David and I did a holiday tour through the city, stopping in for mass at St Joe’s in the village, Molly’s cupcakes for a few treats, La Mela in Little Italy for a delicious lunch, and finally to Rockefeller Center to see the tree! For me that’s the moment Christmas becomes real, seeing that humongous tree. It was stunning, as always! It was a lovely day in NYC and definitely got me in the holiday spirit!
