☕ Hot Cocoa Bombs

Hi there, Happy March, and thanks for stopping by! Lately life here in NJ has been filled with lots and lots of snow. Winter is my favorite season and I can’t get enough of the fluffy white stuff. The only thing that’s been making this winter even more fun and cozy is my discovery of hot cocoa bombs!

I wanted to give a mention to a local bakery of mine, Blue Sheep Bakery in downtown Somerville (They even won a Food Network baking competition!). They ship if you’re not local and they have the best hot cocoa I’ve ever tried. They make everything from classic milk chocolate to fun flavors like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. The bombs are so fun and easy to use.

You just pop them in a mug of warm milk and whisk. They “explode” to reveal hot cocoa powder and marshmallows inside. The extra chocolate from the shell makes it taste more indulgent. Such a fun, decadent treat for warming up in front of a good movie on these frigid winter days.
