3-Fruit Cobbler
The other day we were getting ready to leave for a trip and I was cleaning out the fridge. I noticed some apples, blueberries, and strawberries that needed to be used up (one of my biggest pet peeves is wasting food) and I decided to chop them up and throw them into a cobbler. Voila, an easy dessert!
I greased a 9 inch square Le Creuset baking dish, and added the cleaned and cut fruit. I then added about a tbsp of raw sugar and tossed it together. I used this recipe for the crumb topping (best topping I've ever made), and topped the whole thing with a few shakes of cinnamon. I then baked it at 375 for about 40 minutes.
The fruit was soft and the topping was slightly crunchy. The combo of the 3 fruits was divine! The perfect compliment to some vanilla ice cream. :)
Do you have a favorite cobbler recipe? Let me know down below, I love hearing from you and trying new recipes!
Thanks for reading, have a fabulous day. :)
