The cafe is tucked away in the very back corner of the library. It overlooks an Italian-esque courtyard and the room is gorgeously decorated in tones of grey and purple. The service and food were both phenomenal and for $39 pp I thought this tea stood up to many more expensive ones I've tried all over the world. We tried it on a Wednesday at noon, so it was quiet and not too busy. The menus are presented in old hard cover books-such a neat little touch!
My mom had the green wedding tea blend and I stuck with traditional English Breakfast. Of all the different bites we tried my mom's favorite was the mushroom and goat cheese crostini and my fave was the Earl Grey macaron. There was so much to nibble on we had to ask for a doggie bag!
If you're ever in the area and need a nice way to spend a few hours relaxing I cannot recommend this tea service enough!
