👩‍🍳 Blueberry Scones

Here’s an easy “drop” style scone recipe that my family LOVES.

I use this recipe, but sub out the dried blueberries for 1 whole cup of fresh ones-it makes the scones moister. Once the scones are on the cookie sheet I brush them with a bit of heavy cream before topping with decorating sugar. Also, I make mine smaller, so I get 14-16 out of a batch. I only have to bake them for 10 minutes that way.
