Animals in need are always near and dear to my heart. A few years ago I discovered Free Kibble, a website where you play a little trivia and in turn they donate kibble to dogs and cats as well as cat litter. Every morning I get an email sent to my inbox and I click through to the site. You answer one trivia question for dog kibble, one for cats, and then you click on the litter box to donate a scoop of litter. That's it! It's such an easy way to make a difference, and I love starting each morning with a grateful heart.
Free Kibble was created in 2008 by a girl named Mimi. Her motto is "Every dog and cat deserves a decent dinner" (I couldn't agree more!) Every day Free Kibble has over 140,000 visitors to the site from 157 countries. To date Free Kibble has been able to serve over 23 million meals to needy dogs and cats. They are sponsored by Halo, Purely for Pets, and Fresh Step.
I think for a few clicks every morning this is such a great way to help animals in need!
