I’m back today with a super quick muffin recipe-and it may just be my favorite yet! These are “surprise” muffins if you will, there’s a spoonful of jelly in the middle! It makes them super moist and the best part is I bet you have all the ingredients on hand right now! Here’s the recipe I used. I followed it exactly, except I shaved 2 minutes off the baking time and they came out marvelous. I will definitely be making again soon, I can't wait to try different jelly flavors! (I used black raspberry this time and they were wonderful.)
