🍪 4-Ingredient Butter Cookies

Hello and thanks for stopping by! I want to share my very favorite cookie recipe with you, in case you have more holiday baking to do!

This is the easiest butter cookie recipe and by far the tastiest I've ever made. I baked up a batch recently and just had to share them again! I topped mine with some sparkly decorator's sugar but you can top them with anything-chocolate chips, sprinkles, nuts, etc.

Without further ado, here's the recipe:

4-Ingredient Butter Cookies
Ingredients-

1/3 c butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 c sugar
1 c flour

Method-

1. With a hand mixer cream butter and sugar for approximately 5 minutes, until it resembles buttercream.

2. Add the vanilla and flour and mix by hand just until combined.

3. Roll into walnut sized balls and place them on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Flatten slightly with your hand. (Approximately 2 dozen)

4. Bake for approximately 18-20 minutes @ 325 degrees, just until the edges turn golden brown.

5. Let cool slightly on the pan before transferring them. They will be very fragile when they come out of the oven.

6. Enjoy!

Give them a try and let me know what you think, I love hearing from you!

Thanks for reading, have a fabulous day. :)

PS-If you're looking for an absolutely delicious mug of tea to go with your
cookies this time of year, may I suggest Sugar Plum Spice. It's herbal, so it's caffeine free and it's so spicy and slightly sweet. It has notes of plum, cardamom, and ginger. It's definitely a new favorite of mine!
